Sacramento County - 15-Year-Old DUI Suspect Crashes, Injures Four

Sacramento County, CA (May 18, 2025) – Four people were injured when a fleeing 15-year-old DUI suspect crashed at Sprig Drive and Elkhorn Boulevard, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Deputies say they attempted a traffic stop around 10:20 p.m. Sunday for a car with no headlights; the suspect ran a red light before T-boning another vehicle. All three occupants of the teen’s car and the other driver sustained minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals.

The suspect will face DUI charges once released from medical care, and deputies continue their investigation.
