Sacramento County, CA - Three Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash at Gerber Rd & Elk Grove-Florin Rd

Sacramento, CA (April 18, 2025) – A serious three-car collision left three individuals injured Friday morning, April 18, at the intersection of Gerber Road and Elk Grove-Florin Road, according to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District.

Emergency crews responded swiftly to the scene and extricated one person in critical condition from their vehicle. Two additional individuals also sustained injuries and were treated on-site before all three were transported to a local hospital for further medical care. The exact conditions of the victims have not been released.

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District used the opportunity to remind the public about the importance of roadway safety, especially at intersections. Officials urged drivers to slow down, buckle up, and remain vigilant.
