Sacramento County, CA - Two Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash on Highway 99

Sacramento County, CA (April 9, 2025) – Two individuals were injured in a three-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on Highway 99, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at approximately 7:28 a.m. on the southbound lanes near the Elkhorn Boulevard off-ramp. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and provided immediate care.

The Sacramento Fire Department confirmed that two people were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been released.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
