San Francisco, CA (April 12, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash involving a Ford Expedition and a Toyota Sienna occurred Saturday night on southbound US Highway 101 near Cesar Chavez Street, according to local authorities.
The collision was reported at approximately 10:03 p.m. Both vehicles sustained significant damage and required towing from the scene. Emergency crews responded and implemented partial lane closures to manage traffic.
A nearby big rig was also present at the scene, partially obstructing the slow lane and contributing to congestion. Tow trucks arrived shortly after 10:16 p.m., and by 10:57 p.m., both damaged vehicles had been cleared from the roadway.
Authorities have not released any information regarding injuries or the cause of the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
