San Francisco, CA - Multiple Injuries in Crash at 21st St

San Francisco, CA (June 17, 2025) – Multiple people were injured early morning in a traffic collision at the intersection of 21st Street and Church Street, according to the San Francisco Police Department.

The crash occurred around 8:26 a.m. Tuesday in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood, and involved at least two vehicles. Emergency crews responded quickly, treating several individuals at the scene. At least one person was transported to a nearby hospital for further care. The extent of the injuries has not yet been released.

The intersection, located near the J-Church MUNI line and surrounded by residential and small business zones, saw brief delays as authorities cleared the scene. Investigators are working to determine what led to the crash.
