San Francisco, CA – One Injured in Crash on US-101 SB at Mansell St

San Francisco, CA (June 7, 2025) – One person was injured when two vehicles collided on the southbound US-101 off-ramp at Mansell Street, the California Highway Patrol reports.

The crash occurred around 10:25 p.m. Saturday. San Francisco Fire Department paramedics treated the injured person at the scene before transporting the patient to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

CHP investigators continue to examine what led to the collision.
