San Francisco, CA (May 25, 2025) – One person was injured when a hit-and-run driver struck them at 5th Street and Market Street, the San Francisco Police Department reports.
The collision occurred around 11:50 p.m. Sunday; emergency crews treated the victim at the scene before transporting them to a local hospital. The suspect vehicle fled before officers arrived.
Police are reviewing traffic-camera footage and witness statements to identify the driver. Anyone with information is urged to contact the SFPD.
