San Jose, CA - Injuries Reported in Hit-and-Run Incident at Burger King Parking Lot

San Jose, CA (April 16, 2025) – A hit-and-run crash in a commercial parking lot left several people injured Tuesday morning at the Burger King located at 1181 Oakland Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred at approximately 9:10 a.m. Authorities confirmed that at least one vehicle fled the scene following the collision. Emergency medical personnel responded promptly and provided treatment to injured individuals at the site. The crash has been classified as an injury incident.

Investigators are working to determine the identity of the driver who left the scene. Surveillance footage from nearby businesses is being reviewed as part of the ongoing investigation. No arrests have been made as of this report.
