San Jose, CA – Two-Vehicle Collision Reported on I-680 South Near Ditch

San Jose, CA (April 26, 2025) – A two-vehicle accident occurred late Friday night on Interstate 680 South in San Jose, according to the California Highway Patrol. The collision was reported around 10:37 p.m. and involved a blue Toyota sedan that veered off the roadway into a ditch and a second, yet unidentified, vehicle.

Emergency responders quickly arrived on the scene to manage the incident and coordinate vehicle recovery. A tow truck was called to retrieve the Toyota, which had come to rest approximately 15 feet off the highway.

Authorities have not released any information regarding injuries at this time. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
