Fales Hot Springs, CA (September 30, 2025) – A solo vehicle rollover on northbound US-395 near Fales Hot Springs on Tuesday evening sent the driver to the hospital with major injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The crash occurred when a Toyota Corolla reportedly went off the roadway and rolled over, coming to rest approximately 30 feet from the highway. Emergency responders arrived promptly and confirmed that the driver was out of the vehicle but sustained major injuries requiring hospital treatment.
Tow services from Silver State Towing assisted in removing the vehicle from the scene, and CHP has classified the incident as a major injury traffic collision.
Investigators are continuing to determine the circumstances of the crash.
