Soquel, CA (May 26, 2025) – One person was injured Monday night around 9:00 p.m. in a two-vehicle crash at Soquel Drive and North Rodeo Gulch Road, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The collision blocked part of the intersection in a mixed residential-commercial area. Deputies and fire crews responded quickly, and paramedics treated the injured party on the scene before transporting the person to a local hospital. The current condition of the victim has not been released.
Officers and investigators remained at the scene to clear debris and document evidence. Early reports indicate a possible failure to yield, but the official cause is still under review.
