South Lake Tahoe, CA (June 7, 2025) – A 13-year-old girl was killed when an Acura struck her as she rode an e-bike across the crosswalk on Lake Tahoe Boulevard at Sawmill Road, CHP reports.
The crash occurred around 7:50 a.m. Saturday. First responders transported the girl to Barton Memorial Hospital, then to Renown Medical Center in Nevada, where she succumbed to her injuries that afternoon.
CHP’s South Lake Tahoe office continues to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
