South Sacramento, CA – Pedestrian Injured in Hit-and-Run

South Sacramento, CA (June 7, 2025) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run crash near 17th Avenue and Stockton Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reports.

According to the CHP, the driver fled the scene before officers arrived. Emergency crews responded and provided medical assistance to the injured pedestrian. No information about the pedestrian’s condition has been released.

The crash remains under investigation. Authorities are reviewing surveillance footage and seeking information from the public to identify the fleeing driver.
