Stockton, CA - One Killed, Three Injured in Head-On Collision on Highway 120

Stockton, CA (May 14, 2025) – A head-on collision on Highway 120 west of Sexton Road Wednesday afternoon killed one person and injured three others, the California Highway Patrol reports.

CHP says a westbound Toyota Highlander crossed into oncoming lanes around 4:00 p.m. and struck a Hay Squeeze vehicle. The Highlander driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Two juvenile passengers and the Hay Squeeze driver suffered serious injuries and were transported to local hospitals.

The CHP continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
