Stockton, CA - Pedestrian Hurt in Hit-and-Run at N Wilson Way

Stockton, CA (May 9, 2025) – A pedestrian was injured early Friday morning in a hit-and-run collision at the intersection of North Wilson Way and Belvedere Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred around 12:21 a.m. The victim was found lying in the roadway shortly after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene without rendering aid. Emergency responders, including Stockton Fire Department and law enforcement, provided immediate medical assistance and transported the pedestrian for further care. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed.

No description of the suspect vehicle has been released. The Stockton Police Department and San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office are actively investigating the incident.
