Susanville, CA (May 6, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash occurred Tuesday afternoon on Highway 147 near Road 21 outside of Susanville, leaving one person with major injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision was reported around 2:23 p.m. Emergency crews responded to the scene and stabilized the injured individual before transporting them to a nearby hospital. The condition of the victim remains undisclosed, and no identities have been released.
