Truck Accidents in California

Truck accidents are among the most devastating collisions on California highways, often resulting in multiple injuries and fatalities due to the size and weight of commercial vehicles. Victims and their families may be entitled to compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and funeral costs through personal injury or wrongful death claims.

In California, trucking collisions can involve multiple liable parties, including truck drivers, freight companies, vehicle maintenance providers, or cargo loaders. Identifying all responsible parties is crucial to securing full compensation. Victims have two years from the date of the crash to file a claim under California’s statute of limitations.

An experienced California truck accident attorney can handle the investigation, preserve crucial evidence like dashcam footage and driver logs, and negotiate aggressively with insurers on your behalf.
