Santa Monica, CA (October 10, 2025) – Two Santa Monica Police Department officers and the driver of a pickup truck were injured in a collision Friday night at the intersection of Main Street and Pico Boulevard, according to Santa Monica police.
The crash occurred around 9:14 p.m. and involved a police vehicle carrying the two officers and a second vehicle occupied by a single driver. All parties were transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation. The conditions of the officers and the pickup driver have not been disclosed.
Details surrounding the cause of the collision have not been released. The intersection was closed for several hours as first responders secured the area and cleared debris.
