Walnut Grove, CA (April 15, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision involving a gray Mercedes sedan and a green Volkswagen Passat occurred Tuesday morning at the intersection of Engle Road and Walnut Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at approximately 10:21 a.m. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and provided medical attention to those involved. The incident was initially classified as a major injury crash but later downgraded to a minor injury collision. No hospitalizations were required.
Both vehicles were rendered inoperable and towed from the scene. No hazardous conditions were reported. The Mercedes was identified as a fleet vehicle.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no citations or arrests have been announced.
