Westminster, CA (May 8, 2025) – A late-night crash involving a semi-truck and a black Toyota Corolla resulted in injuries on eastbound State Route 91 as it crossed over the I-5 freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred around 10:37 p.m., impacting lanes 2 and 3. Emergency responders confirmed that at least one person sustained injuries and was treated at the scene, with further details on the extent of injuries not yet released.
Both vehicles were disabled due to the impact and required towing. At approximately 1:26 a.m., one individual was taken into custody, though authorities have not disclosed information regarding any charges or citations.
