Deadly Vehicle Accidents in California
All too often, victims are unfairly and unfortunately saddled with the financial burden of substantial property damage and medical expenses following a car accident. Moreover, long-term or even fatal injuries frequently result from these vehicle collisions, upending the lives of victims and their families. If you sustained injuries as a result of a negligent car accident, you must consult with an auto accident attorney.
Under California’s personal injury law, a negligent party may be held liable for the damages incurred when they cause a car accident that results in injuries to others. For these reasons and more, victims must consult with an attorney regarding the potential compensation for which they qualify in a settlement or case proceeding to court.
