Citrus Heights, CA (April 28, 2024) – One person was taken to the hospital in critical condition after an accident in Citrus Heights.
The crash was reported just after 5:00 p.m. in the area of Old Ranch Road and Oak Avenue. While the cause of the crash is still under investigation, police ruled out DUI as a factor. According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, a car hit a tree following a two-car collision, and an unconscious victim had to be removed from the car and taken to the hospital with significant injuries.
