Folsom, CA (May 27, 2024) – According to authorities, units from the Folsom Fire Department responded to the site of a mobile home fire on Sunday afternoon in the Pinebrook Village community.
At around 3:55 p.m., units were dispatched to the 200 block of Overbrook Drive for a reported structure fire following a 911 call. Upon arrival, firefighters reported a residence was filled with smoke, prompting first responders to ventilate the home and establish a water supply for an initial attack. Four Folsom engines responded to the incident along with one rescue unit, a medic unit, and one battalion, and the total number of victims is unknown. However, the fire department is investigating what happened prior to the blaze, and authorities did not release further details in the interim.
