Bicycle Accidents in National City, CA

A bicycle accident in National City is a terrifying event. Please prioritize your health and seek medical care immediately. Crashes on busy streets, such as Highland Avenue or near the Plaza Boulevard intersection, are far too common. Distracted drivers, unsafe passing, and “dooring” incidents are major risks for cyclists. A National City Police Department report recently stated a cyclist involved in a collision on E 8th Street sustained a fractured arm.

In California, injured cyclists have legal protections. You have the right to file a personal injury claim against the at-fault party.
