Modesto, CA (July 28, 2025) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run crash early Monday morning at the intersection of Crows Landing Rd and Zeff Rd in Modesto. The incident, reported around 6:05 a.m., is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol under the hit-and-run injury statute, CVC 20001.
Emergency responders, including CHP units and medical personnel, quickly arrived at the scene after receiving reports of a person struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.
