Oakland, CA - Two-Vehicle Crash Reported on I-880 Near 23rd Ave Off-Ramp

Oakland, CA (April 19, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision occurred Saturday afternoon on northbound Interstate 880 near the 23rd Avenue off-ramp in Oakland. The crash, reported around 3:24 p.m., involved a gray Honda Civic and a gray Nissan Altima.

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene and located both vehicles on the right-hand side of the highway. The California Highway Patrol worked to assess the situation and safely relocate the vehicles.

At this time, there is no confirmation on whether any injuries were sustained. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
