Sacramento, CA (May 27, 2025) – A bicyclist was injured when a vehicle struck them at the intersection of Land Park Drive and Broadway, the California Highway Patrol reports.
The crash occurred around 7:59 a.m. Tuesday, during the morning commute. Sacramento Fire Department paramedics treated the rider at the scene before transporting the patient to a local hospital for further evaluation.
CHP officers spoke with the driver, who remained and cooperated with investigators. Surveillance footage and witness statements are being reviewed to determine whether a right-of-way violation occurred.
