San Luis Obispo, CA - Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Crash on US-101 Near Prado Rd

San Luis Obispo, CA (April 15, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash occurred early Tuesday morning on US-101 Northbound near the Prado Road off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident was reported shortly after 12:30 a.m. Emergency responders, including local police, paramedics, and utility crews, arrived to assist at the scene. At least one person sustained injuries in the collision. The extent of those injuries has not yet been disclosed.

Crews from Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) responded due to live electrical wires reported in the area. Utility and safety operations were conducted alongside responders from the Department of Transportation, who coordinated efforts at the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
