San Mateo, CA - One Hospitalized After Crash on Longden Ave

San Mateo, CA (May 23, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on Longden Avenue left one person hospitalized, the California Highway Patrol reports.

The crash occurred around 1:01 p.m. in the 8300 block of Longden Avenue, involving a white Ford work van and a Toyota sedan. Paramedics transported the injured individual to USC Arcadia Hospital; the condition of the hospitalized person has not been disclosed.

CHP officers redirected traffic and continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
