Stockton, CA (May 15, 2025) – A 56-year-old man was killed when an unknown driver struck him from behind while he rode his bicycle on Jahant Road east of Highway 99 East Frontage Road, the California Highway Patrol reports.
The impact ejected the cyclist into a nearby irrigation ditch, where he was later found deceased. The driver fled the scene before officers arrived.
CHP urges anyone with information to contact the Stockton office.
