West Sacramento, CA - Driver Killed in Solo Crash on Highway 50/I-80

West Sacramento, CA (June 16, 2025) – A driver was killed when his pickup truck struck a road cushion in a construction zone near the junction of Highway 50 and Interstate 80 early Monday morning.

The crash occurred around 3:30 a.m. as the westbound truck approached Enterprise Boulevard. No other vehicles or workers were involved, and no additional injuries were reported.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances of the collision.
