Sacramento, CA (April 17, 2024) – According to California Highway Patrol reports, a car accident involving multiple potential injuries was reported on southbound Highway 99 near the Sutterville Road on-ramp in Sacramento on Monday morning.
At 6:00 a.m., police and EMS were dispatched to the scene. At least two vehicles were reportedly involved in the traffic collision, though the cause and the severity of the victim’s injuries were unknown. EMTs assessed several people at the scene and transported an unspecified number of individuals to an area hospital. CHP troopers and officers with the Sacramento Police Department are handling the ongoing investigation in the interim.
