Sacramento, CA (May 2, 2024) – One person was taken to the hospital in serious condition after a multiple-vehicle crash in Sacramento Thursday afternoon.
Police said just after 4:00 p.m. that West El Camino and Northgate Boulevard were closed due to the crash. People were urged to use alternative routes before the roadway reopened sometime before 7:00 p.m. The fire department confirmed that one person was taken to the hospital and was stable at last check. Another person had injuries as well, though their current condition is unknown. A white Tesla and silver Toyota SUV appeared to be involved in the crash, but no further details were released. An investigation is still ongoing.
