Sacramento, CA (October 20, 2024) – California Highway Patrol troopers reported a crash on Florin Road in Z’berg Park on Friday morning, October 18.
It was reported at the intersection with Freeport Boulevard around 10:15 a.m. According to a radio transmission from Sacramento police dispatch, a vehicle reportedly collided with a bicycle. Along with the CHP, Sacramento PD officers were responding to the scene. Injuries were also confirmed, and EMTs transported at least one person to the hospital as a result of the incident. However, witnesses were asked to contact Sacramento officials and troopers with the California Highway Patrol. In the interim, no further details were released; that said, an investigation is still active and ongoing.
