Arden-Arcade, CA (April 5, 2024) – On Thursday afternoon, there was a hit-and-run incident near the junction of Howe Avenue and Northrop Avenue in Arden-Arcade.
According to reports, the vehicle accident injured at least one person, and EMTs transported the victim to a nearby hospital.
