Sacramento, CA (May 15, 2024) – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol said that a deadly accident in Rancho Murieta was under investigation along Jackson Road Tuesday afternoon. The CHP said the crash was a three-car collision and was reported just before 4:30 p.m. on Jackson Road, west of Murieta Parkway.

Deadly Car Accidents in California

If you’ve been involved in a crash or lost a loved one in an accident, you are likely to be burdened with the financial responsibility of substantial medical expenses and property damage as a result. Additionally, the lives of victims and their families are frequently disrupted by long-term or even fatal injuries that result from these vehicle collisions. If you have suffered injuries as a consequence of a negligent driver’s actions in a car accident or have lost a loved one as a result of another motorist’s negligence, it is imperative that you consult with an auto accident attorney.

A negligent party may be held accountable for the damages incurred or losses in a wrongful death action if they cause a car accident that injures others or if a victim dies from their injuries under California’s personal injury law. In order to determine the potential compensation for which they qualify in a settlement or case that proceeds to court, victims must consult with an attorney for these and other reasons.
