Fatal Pedestrian Wrecks in Sacramento

Because of growing expenses, environmental concerns, and other reasons, more people in California are opting to walk rather than drive, contributing to increased pedestrian accidents and fatalities. Additionally, according to the California Office of Traffic Safety, there is an annual rise in pedestrian deaths and injuries on state roadways.

However, if the driver or any other party was involved in the accident and you lost a loved one in a pedestrian incident, you may be able to file a claim. A wrongful death case may result in the recovery of various damages, such as burial costs, income loss, future earning potential, and much more.
