Sacramento, CA – One Killed, Others Injured on Florin Rd & Greenhaven Dr

Sacramento, CA (June 7, 2025) – One uninvolved driver was killed when a fleeing suspect’s vehicle collided with multiple cars at Florin Road and Greenhaven Drive, the Sacramento Police Department reports.

Officers attempted to stop 33-year-old Daniel Cunningham for a parole violation Saturday morning, but he led them westbound on Florin Road at high speed. Around 10:15 a.m., his vehicle struck several motorists, killing one and injuring others.

Cunningham abandoned his car and was taken into custody nearby. He faces charges including felony pursuit, domestic violence, and parole violation. The California Highway Patrol is now investigating the crash.
