Modesto, CA (May 13, 2024) – A man was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a pedestrian accident that occurred on Sunday evening, May 12. The California Highway Patrol was called to the scene at around 9:04 p.m.
Reports show that a man was riding a bicycle on California State Route 99 when they were struck by a vehicle near the off-ramp for Mitchell Road. The involved vehicle, identified as an SUV, remained at the scene. The pedestrian was treated for injuries and transported to an area hospital. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
