Modesto, CA (May 13, 2024) – The Garden Grove Police Department confirmed that 40-year-old Janet Korea lost her life as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred early Sunday morning. Authorities were called to the scene of the accident at around 1:55 a.m. on May 12.
According to official reports, a man was driving a 2019 Toyota Camry along Magnolia Street during the early morning hours. For unknown reasons, he crashed his vehicle into a home, killing the 40-year-old woman inside. The victim, identified as Janet Carrillo, was pronounced deceased from her injuries. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
