Sacramento, CA – A pedestrian sustained injuries during a hit-and-run incident late Sunday night in East Sacramento, as reported by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). This unfortunate event took place around 10:43 p.m. at the intersection of Montoya Street and Pinata Way.
According to authorities, a vehicle collided with the pedestrian and then left the scene without rendering assistance. Emergency responders quickly arrived on the scene and worked closely with the pedestrian’s family to transport the injured individual to Sutter Medical Center, where they could receive appropriate treatment.
