Altadena, CA – A multi-vehicle crash resulting in injuries took place late Monday night on westbound Interstate 210, close to the Mountain Street on-ramp, as reported by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The incident happened around 10:13 p.m. and involved several vehicles, including a black SUV and two black sedans.
According to reports, one of the black sedans was seen facing the opposite direction in the slow lane, while the SUV obstructed another lane. Emergency responders, including crews from the Pasadena Fire Department, quickly arrived at the scene to assist those injured in the collision.
At least one individual suffered injuries, although details regarding the severity of those injuries remain unverified. In response to the situation, authorities temporarily closed all westbound lanes to facilitate the work of emergency personnel and to clear the roadway.
Tow trucks were called in to remove several damaged vehicles from the crash site, including a Jeep SUV that had incurred significant rear-end damage. The cause of this multi-vehicle accident is currently under investigation.
