San Juan Bautista, CA – A collision involving two vehicles occurred on Tuesday morning along Highway 156, located just west of Church Street/Monterey Street, as reported by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The accident took place in the westbound lanes shortly before 11 a.m. and involved a dark blue 2017 Porsche Macan SUV alongside a Honda Accord.
After the crash, the Honda veered off the road, landing approximately 20 feet in a ditch. Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, providing assistance to at least one individual who sustained injuries. However, the extent of those injuries is currently unclear.
Tow trucks were called to the location to remove both vehicles involved in the incident. The Honda suffered significant damage to its left side, while the Porsche experienced damage that has not yet been specified. Law enforcement officials continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash while also working to establish liability.
