Fresno, CA – A tragic accident occurred late Saturday night at the intersection of E Belmont Avenue and N Temperance Avenue, leading to at least one confirmed death. According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place around 9:41 p.m. and involved three vehicles: a black SUV, a silver Dodge Charger, and a silver Toyota Camry.
Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene to provide medical assistance, but unfortunately, at least one individual sustained fatal injuries. It’s also possible that others were injured in the crash, although the severity of their conditions has not yet been disclosed.
As the investigation unfolded, authorities closed off the intersection to allow crews to clear debris and gather information. Tow trucks were summoned to remove the damaged vehicles, and the road remained blocked for several hours. The Clovis Police Department aided in the response by redirecting traffic away from the area.
