Riverside, CA – On Friday afternoon, a multi-vehicle accident on the Riverside (91) Freeway resulted in one injury, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The incident took place around 3:44 p.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway.
According to initial reports, the crash involved a Ford pickup truck, a BMW sedan, and another sports sedan. Emergency responders arrived promptly at the scene to assist those affected, administering medical aid to at least one person who was injured.
In order to facilitate rescue operations, authorities temporarily closed multiple lanes while crews worked to clear the area and investigate the factors contributing to the crash. Currently, the condition of the injured individual has not been disclosed.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation by local officials.
