Among the vehicles involved, one remained operational, while the other two left the scene shortly after the incident. The collision occurred in the slow lane, prompting noticeable congestion for drivers during afternoon rush hour.
CHP officers arrived swiftly, directing traffic and securing the interchange to prevent further disruption. Their efficient response helped mitigate the traffic buildup in one of the cityโs busiest junctions.
