Deadly Vehicle Accidents in California
You are almost certainly saddled with the financial burden of substantial property damage and medical expenses following a car accident. If you sustained injuries as a result of a negligent driver’s actions in a car accident or have lost a loved one due to another motorist’s carelessness, it is essential that you consult with an auto accident attorney.
Under California’s personal injury law, a negligent party may be liable for the damages incurred when they cause a car accident injuring others or losses in a wrongful death action, should a victim die from their injuries.
